MIRO series is a compact spot focusing gold image furnace having a rotating ellipsoidal reflection surface. It has realized an extremely high reflection efficiency by combining with a single or double chamber having the same rotating ellipsoidal reflection surface.

1. Small size and low cost ultrahigh temperature heating furnace
2. Sample can be heated in vacuum, inert gas or other atmosphere by combining the furnace with a single or double chamber.
3. Sample can be observed during heating by combining MR39H/S or MR39H/D.
4. MR39H/D permits heating to an ultrahigh temperature of 1800°C or more with 100V 2kW power.
